- Reporting to the Director of Sales
- Pay Range from $80, $95,000.00 plus commission
Summary Description:
The Senior Solutions Systems Representative works alongside the rest of the sales team to provide cost proposals to customers for Pyro-Comm Systems prospecting projects in the assigned territory. They will work closely with the Operation and Estimate Teams to create the most efficient strategy to win projects.
Position duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Qualify customer and project opportunities presented to Pyro-Comm Systems
- Prepares Security, Fire, Access Control, CCTV Proposals for projects
- Meet with customers to build relationships and sell jobs
- Maintains accurate documentation for sales and prospecting activities and provides status reports as needed
- Consistent, effective involvement in trade shows, community and networking organizations participate in networking activities and events
- Identifies and resolves customer satisfaction issue

- Strong sales acumen. Presentable and trustworthy
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong sales performance track record
- Must hold a valid driver's license
- Great organization and planning ability
- Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- Ability to navigate specifications and plans
- Proficiency in demonstrating proposals and projects
- Ability to handle multiple assignments at once
- Knowledge of the latest building codes
- Close attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
