Key Responsibilities:
- Provide firstlevel support for mobile devices (iOS), kiosks, and operational applications
- Serve as an initial point of contact for incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot basic device, application, and connectivity issues
- Assist with device provisioning, swaps, and lifecycle support
- Log, track, and escalate incidents following SOC processes and SLAs
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution
- Monitor operational queues and dashboards to identify trends or recurring issues
- Document resolutions and support procedures
- Support deployments, refresh activities, and operational changes
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support, SOC, NOC, or help desk roles
- Experience supporting enterprise devices or hardware
- Familiarity with iOS devices in a managed environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills\
- Experience using ticketing systems (e.g., Client)
- Basic knowledge of BI tools or dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Experience viewing or interpreting operational dashboards or reports
- Exposure to MDM tools, operational systems, or vendor coordination
- Operational and technical support
- Device and hardware troubleshooting
- Incident intake and escalation
- Documentation and communication
- Time management and prioritization
