SOC Analyst (Security Operations Center)

This is a full-time on-site role based in New York, NY for a SOC (Security Operations Center) Analyst. The SOC Analyst will monitor and analyze security events, respond to security incidents, and identify potential threats through proactive threat hunting. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage cybersecurity tools to mitigate risks, and generate actionable threat intelligence. Additional responsibilities may include creating detailed reports, recommending security enhancements, and ensuring the organization follows best practices in security operations.

• Experience in Cybersecurity, Cyber Threat Hunting (CTH), and Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI)
• Proficiency in working within a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment
• Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail with the ability to identify and assess complex threats
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with security frameworks, tools, and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security , Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or equivalent are highly preferred
