Pay Range: $48 - $50.40/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end FAR15 subcontracting lifecycle, including proposal development, contract execution, and closeout activities.
- Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and applicable federal regulations while preparing subcontract packages.
- Develop strong negotiation strategies and execute supplier negotiations to achieve best value outcomes.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and ensure timely delivery of subcontract requirements.
- Mentor and train team members while leading assigned commodities within the sourcing team.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Pricing, Program Management, and Supply Chain teams.
- Prepare and submit compliant FAR15 proposals and subcontract documentation to government agencies.
- Analyze supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle multiple procurement activities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and compliance.
