Pay Rate: $48.00 – $50.40/hour
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours

Role Overview:
BEPC is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support our client’s government sourcing operations. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of FAR15 subcontracts, from proposal through negotiation and award, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and delivering value-driven supplier solutions.
This position is ideal for a procurement professional with strong experience in government contracting, supplier negotiations, and FAR/DFARS compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end FAR15 subcontracting activities in compliance with FAR, DFARS, and related regulations
- Develop and execute negotiation strategies to achieve best value outcomes
- Manage and maintain relationships with key program suppliers
- Partner with internal teams including Pricing, Engineering, and Program Management
- Prepare and deliver compliant proposal packages to government customers
- Negotiate subcontracts and long-term purchase agreements
- Support proposal development through cost/price analysis and documentation
- Mentor and train team members within the sourcing group
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to procurement policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, or related field
- Hands-on experience with FAR15 subcontracting
- Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and TCPD (Truthful Cost or Pricing Data)
- Proven experience in supplier negotiations and contract management
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or government contracting environments
- Experience with contract types such as FFP, CP, CPIF
- Familiarity with SAP and MS Office tools (Excel, reporting, etc.)
- Experience working across the full program lifecycle
- Ability to understand and negotiate contract terms and conditions
Contract Details:
- Work Model: First 90 days: 100% onsite
- After: Hybrid schedule
