Event Recruiter

Pyramid Consulting Group is a leader in the staffing industry with Clients in the Fashion, Beauty, Retail and Event spaces. We are hiring an Event Recruiter to join our internal team in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate should be NYC based, organized, tech savvy and can work independently with little oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Support your supervisor with account/client management
• Input Job Orders as they come in
• Manage candidate submissions (per project)
• Source for candidates in Bullhorn, Linkedin, Indeed (as needed)
• Recruit for new staff nationwide (Temp and possibly perm)
• Assist with large- and small-scale projects (multi-location/multi-city support)
• Event Schedule, staffing, and coordination through our online timecard system
• Agency point of contact for "day of" events
• Ad hoc recruiter responsibilities as needed

Preferred Qualifications Include:

• Microsoft 360 (TEAMS, EXCEL, WORD)
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Facebook Groups and Trusted Herd Savvy (Brand Ambassador pages)
• Follow-up and follow-through skills
• Strong time management skills
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Brand Ambassador or Event Coordinator Experience preferred

Salary: $25-$30/hr DOE
