Join The Perfume Spot, a fast-growing online retailer, as a Customer Service & E-Commerce Support Representative. You’ll help customers with orders, returns, and product questions while keeping our website listings accurate and up-to-date. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and love delivering great service, we’d love to hear from you! This is an onsite, full-time position with a compensation range of $16-$20 per hour).
What You’ll Do
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding orders, shipping, and product information
- Help customers place orders, process returns/refunds, and track shipments
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Zendesk preferred)
- Update website product descriptions, pricing, and images
- List Outlet items and process returned products
- Research competitor pricing and assist with product updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service and operations
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor or management
Schedule & Overtime
- Overtime available (paid at 1.5x hourly rate)
- 3–5 hours/week after hours or weekends
- 7-day schedule during peak holiday season
What We’re Looking For
- 6 months of customer service experience (retail/e-commerce a plus)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable with CRM systems (Zendesk preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
Preferred
- Experience in perfume, cosmetics, or related industries
- Multilingual abilities
Compensation
