What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and assist homeowners with scheduling HVAC and electrical service appointments
- Outbound existing and new customers to offer services that will help their homes become more safe and reliable.
- Follow clear processes for booking jobs, entering customer information, and dispatching technicians
- Respond to online inquiries, schedule maintenance visits, and support customers with general questions
- Provide excellent customer service by staying calm, patient, and professional
- Communicate clearly with technicians, the office team, and customers to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate notes and documentation inside our CRM
- Help with administrative tasks such as permits, warranty registrations, and follow-ups
- Represent One Call with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, call centers, dispatching, or office administration
- Strong communication skills and an ability to stay positive under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working on computers and navigating multiple screens
- Coachable and eager to learn our systems, scripts, and booking process
- A team player who wants to grow with the company
