We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join a fast-growing technology solutions team in Charlotte, NC. This is a hunter-focused role centered on new business acquisition.

What You’ll Do
- Drive outbound business development through phone, email, and social channels
- Identify and engage decision-makers to uncover technology challenges
- Present managed service and IT solutions that drive client outcomes
- Manage a detailed, high-volume pipeline with accuracy and organization
- Collaborate with internal resources to move deals from discovery through close
- Confidently handle objections and keep conversations progressing forward
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of sales experience (inside sales, SDR, or AE roles)
- Proven success in new business generation — true hunter mentality
- Strong communication, discovery, and relationship-building skills
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience selling SaaS, IT services, or managed solutions
- Business to Business sales
- Background in a smaller, agile MSP or tech sales team
