We’re working with a globally established investment firm that partners with institutional clients across the world, including banks, insurance firms, and large financial organizations. They are growing their Strategic Partnerships team and seeking an Associate Relationship Manager to join their office in either the DFW area, Tampa, or Portland.

What You’ll Do:
- Identify and research potential partner organizations (banks, financial institutions, etc.)
- Conduct outreach and cold calls to set meetings with decision-makers
- Travel regularly to meet prospective partners face-to-face
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients
- Support senior team members in presentations and partnership development
- Prepare materials and participate in meetings to win new business
- Track all activity and keep detailed records in internal systems
- Coordinate internally to help move opportunities through the pipeline
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of professional experience in financial services, client-facing roles, or relationship management
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required (must be able to conduct business in both languages)
- Strong communication skills — polished, articulate, and confident speaking with professionals
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in investments, financial markets, or institutional clients
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Willingness to travel 50%
