This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with experience in the multifamily space who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and creating momentum in untapped territories. You’ll operate with autonomy while leveraging a proven sales playbook, helping expand their footprint across multifamily residential communities. This role is heavily focused on true new business development and territory building!

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 2–3 years selling in the multifamily space (Property management experience OR vendor/supplier sales into multifamily)
- Company Vehicle Fuel Card Expense account
- Comfortable managing a large, driving-heavy territory
- Prior CRM experience
- Humble, coachable mindset
