What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive position at Pursuit?
I’m partnered with a fast-growing healthcare tech company that’s transforming how staffing works for nursing homes, rehab centers, and assisted living facilities. They’re looking to hire a true full-cycle Account Executive to drive net-new business across the Southeast market!
What You’ll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle (prospecting → demo → close)
- Build your own pipeline through outbound efforts
- Sell a highly relevant, ROI-driven solution into healthcare operators
- Close a mix of quick-turn and mid-market deals

- 1st Year $130K–$150K OTE (uncapped, paid monthly)

What They’re Looking For:
- 3 years B2B full-cycle sales experience
- Strong hunter mentality outbound activity
- Experience selling SaaS or tech-enabled solutions
- Metrics-driven (quota, rankings, deal size, etc.)

- Open to candidates located in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, or Georgia!
