About the Role:
We're hiring an account executive (outside sales) to develop and grow a high-potential territory in the Memphis market. This is a true hunter role for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities from scratch, and driving net-new business.
About the Role:
• Home-office based with field sales activity throughout the Memphis market
• Full-cycle sales: prospecting through close
• Selling a life-safety and risk-mitigation service to commercial real estate and multifamily properties
• Typically 2.5–3 days per week in the field meeting with prospects
What You'll Do:
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and face-to-face meetings
• Identify and engage property managers, engineers, facility leaders, and executive decision-makers
• Build and manage pipeline activity
• Conduct discovery conversations, present solutions, and close business
• Own territory growth and revenue generation
What They're Looking For:
• Proven outside sales experience with a track record of hitting quota
• Strong prospecting and pipeline generation skills
• Ability to build business in a developing territory
• Experience selling services, solutions, or risk-mitigation offerings
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
Compensation & Benefits:
• $115K–$120K OTE
• Uncapped commission structure
• Top performers earning $200K–$250K
• $500/month car allowance
• Annual bonus opportunities

• Annual incentive trip for top performers
