We are seeking a Fraud Prevention Manager (IT Manager I) to lead and advance our fraud prevention program—protecting member benefits while strengthening trust in every interaction. This is a high-impact leadership position at the forefront of cybersecurity, digital identity, and customer protection. In this role, you will shape how we detect, prevent, and respond to fraud across digital channels, contact centers, and emerging service platforms. From influencing enterprise strategy to guiding real-time response to fraud incidents, your work will play a direct role in protecting the pension benefits of our members.
Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.

Effective July 1, 2025, The California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025).
