Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager-Technology to lead and manage large-scale platform initiatives with a global impact. This role requires a proven leader who can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments, drive strategic delivery, and ensure measurable ROI. The ideal candidate will have expertise in payments ecosystems, governance, risk, compliance, and exceptional change leadership skills. This is a hybrid role based in Denver, Colorado, requiring 1-2 days in the office per week.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale platform initiatives with global impact, managing cross-functional teams including engineering, product, compliance, and operations.
• Engage with executive stakeholders and influence at the C-suite level to align teams with strategic objectives.
• Deliver high-value programs with measurable ROI, including business case development and cost-benefit analysis.
• Prioritize investments and optimize resources to maximize business impact.
• Provide expertise in payments ecosystems, including merchant acquiring, settlement, tokenization, and regulatory compliance.
• Translate technical complexities into business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
• Implement and manage program governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage risk, vendor relationships, and third-party engagements effectively.
• Drive adoption across global teams through exceptional change management and clear communication strategies.
• Build stakeholder trust and maintain transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
  

• Proven leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with a track record of managing large-scale platform initiatives.
• Strong experience in executive stakeholder engagement and influencing at the C-suite level.
• Expertise in strategic delivery, ROI accountability, and financial target achievement.
• In-depth understanding of payments ecosystems, modern platform technologies, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in program governance frameworks (e.g., Agile) and risk management.
• Exceptional change management and communication skills to drive adoption and maintain transparency.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, with availability Monday-Friday, 8/9 AM to 5 PM.

Pay Range: $70 - $95/hour

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
