Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of Infrastructure and Operations programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate the definition of program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive program plans and manage resource allocation effectively.
- Monitor program progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any challenges proactively.
- Implement program changes and interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
- Lead meetings and coordinate with various teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments throughout and after project deployment to ensure continuous improvement.
- 7 years of experience in Program Management, particularly within Infrastructure and Operations.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as GSuite, Visio, and MS Project.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risks and facilitate solutions in a complex environment.
- Advanced certifications in project/program management.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of IT systems, security protocols, and vendor management.
- Familiarity with cloud services and enterprise monitoring tools.
