Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects, programs, and strategic initiatives from initiation through delivery.
- Define, manage, and maintain program scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resource allocation.
- Ensure program objectives align with broader business goals and organizational strategy.
- Communicate program status, milestones, dependencies, risks, and accomplishments to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Identify, assess, escalate, and mitigate project and program risks proactively.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Engineering Teams, Operations, and Business Stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
- Ensure all technology initiatives follow established governance policies, standards, and approval processes.
- Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and rationalization efforts across multiple initiatives.
- Drive adoption of Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) best practices, methodologies, and governance frameworks.
- Advocate for process improvements and operational efficiencies across business and technology teams.
- Maintain and provide updates to executive-level program dashboards, reports, and leadership reviews.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, planning sessions, and stakeholder communications.
- Manage competing priorities while ensuring successful delivery of program outcomes.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), program metrics, and business results.
- Support organizational change management activities associated with strategic initiatives.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered.
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or other project/program management certifications are preferred.
Required Experience
- 5 years of Program Management or Project Management experience.
- 5 years of experience working with application development, technology, or digital platform teams.
- Experience managing enterprise-level initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and departments.
- Proven experience delivering programs within scope, schedule, and budget.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience supporting Digital Sales, Mobile Applications, Digital Marketing, or Customer Experience initiatives.
- Experience working in telecommunications, technology, digital services, or large enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks, portfolio management tools, and business transformation programs.
- Experience working with executive leadership and strategic planning initiatives.
