Job Description:
We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our dynamic inpatient team in Springdale, AR. This 7 on / 7 off schedule provides an exceptional work-life balance, allowing providers to enjoy up to 182 days off per year while delivering essential mental health services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychiatric follow-up care and ongoing assessments
- Manage and adjust medications as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective and coordinated patient care
- Support continuity of care through individualized treatment planning
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans
Requirements:
- Board-certified PMHNP with active and unrestricted licensure
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care
Highlights:
