Job Title: Psychiatrist

Schedule: M–F or 7 on / 7 off
Salary: $400,000 (M–F) or $320,000 (7 on / 7 off)
Employment Type: W2 or 1099
Position overview:
We’re hiring an inpatient Psychiatrist in Houston, TX for a role that prioritizes clinical autonomy, schedule flexibility, and straightforward compensation.
This is a no-RVU, base salary position designed for physicians who want to focus on patient care—not productivity quotas—while still having access to additional earning opportunities if desired.
You’ll have the option to choose between a traditional Monday–Friday schedule or a 7 on / 7 off block schedule, depending on your preferred workflow and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct new psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct patient care, including medication management
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans
Requirements:
- Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist with valid Texas licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to work either a Monday–Friday schedule or 7 on / 7 off
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality patient care
