What are the responsibilities and job description for the Therapy Clinical Director position at PsychPlus?
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S, LCSW-S or equivalent, must be able to Supervise, or be Board Approved Supervisor) for the role of Therapy Clinical Director to work with us at our clinic (Cape Girardeau OR Kansas City) in in-person or hybrid setting.

Workload: 40- hours weekly availability.
70% clinical and 30% admin.
70% clinical is working 30 hours seeing patients and 30% admin is working 10 hours doing admin work, supervising and doing supervision of up to 10 associates to include co-signing their notes.
W2 Benefits:
- Paid Time Off: 20 total days
- 11 regular PTO, 7 major holidays, 2 CME days
- Education Fund / CEUs: $500 every 6 months (eligible after 90 days)

Bonus Pay:
- Additional $60 per 60-minute session will be paid out, beyond 60 completed sessions/ per 2- week pay period
Pay Model : Salary
- $90k-$105k annually (depending on experience).
Required Qualifications:
- Must be Licensed in MO.
- Must be able to supervise associates in that state in-person.
- Must be residing in MO.
- Must be Approved Supervisor with LPC or LCSW license.
License/Certification:
- LPC-S or must be Approved Supervisor with LCSW or LMHC(Required)
Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
