Salary: Up to $130k–$155k annually

About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Inpatient Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP‑BC) to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high‑impact clinical environment with a flexible 7/7 schedule, providing comprehensive care to patients while collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric and/or medical care to patients in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage ongoing patient care
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality outcomes
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records
- Participate in team huddles and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active certification: PMHNP‑BC
- Active DEA license
- Current state licensure (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient‑centred care
Salary : $130,000 - $155,000
