About The Role
As the PHP/IOP Manager, you’ll ensure smooth operations and compliance for PsychPlus’ behavioral health programs. You will oversee daily workflows, manage staff coordination, and maintain accurate EHR documentation while driving process improvements that enhance patient care. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in cross-functional collaboration, understands behavioral health operations, and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) to ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for clinicians, therapists, and support teams to maintain efficient workflows.
- Monitor program performance metrics and prepare operational reports for leadership, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Ensure accurate documentation and EHR compliance, including treatment plans, progress notes, and billing requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and administrative teams to enhance patient care processes and optimize program outcomes.
- Maintain strong communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support engagement and satisfaction.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency and patient-centered care.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in behavioral health or PHP/IOP settings.
- Strong knowledge of mental health treatment models, regulatory compliance, and clinical workflows.
- Experience with EHR systems and operational reporting.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and patient populations.

Additional Information
The expected base salary for this role is up to $70K-90k USD annually at the start of employment. Final base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors such as location and years of experience. In addition to compensation, PsychPlus Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan options, and other company-sponsored benefits.
