About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event & Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and promotion of corporate events and marketing initiatives. This role blends hands-on event coordination with marketing support, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, visually driven, and detail-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a creative and artistic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring seamless event execution and brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual events, conferences, webinars, and industry networking events
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including venues, vendors, catering, materials, travel, and scheduling
- Oversee event registration, attendee communication, and pre-event marketing efforts
- Ensure smooth on-site execution during conferences and events
- Track event performance and prepare post-event reports and insights
Marketing Support
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Support creation of social media content, email campaigns, and promotional materials
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms and assets
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies
- Assist with campaign reporting, analytics, and performance tracking
Operations & Administration
- Maintain marketing and event calendars
- Track budgets and assist with invoicing and expense reporting
- Manage CRM data, contacts, and campaign pipelines
- Support lead generation efforts from events and marketing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or coordination roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of data tracking, reporting, and marketing performance metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Must be willing to travel for conferences approximately twice a month
- Strong artistic and design sense with an eye for branding and visual presentation
- Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
