Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 (Based on experience & licensure)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Flexible), Hybrid

PsychPlus is looking for passionate and experienced Therapy Clinical Directors to lead our growing teams across Texas. We are currently hiring for our Austin, Dallas, and Longview clinics.

What You’ll Do
- Clinical Leadership: Provide oversight for your local therapy team.
- Mentorship: Supervise and mentor up to 10 therapists/associates.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct chart reviews, audits, and ensure compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
- Team Development: Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing clinician professional growth.
- Strategic Growth: Collaborate with leadership on clinic performance and expansion.
- Direct Care: Maintain a small, manageable caseload (this is primarily a leadership-focused role).
Role Structure
- 70% Clinical Leadership
- 30% Administrative
- Clear Pathway to Senior or Regional Leadership roles.
What You Bring
- Licensure: Active independent clinical license in Texas (LPC-S, LCSW-S, or equivalent).
- Supervision: Approved Supervisor status is required.
- Experience: 3–5 years of clinical experience, with prior experience supervising or mentoring clinicians.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid/onsite clinical setting.
