About the Role
We are hiring a Full-Time PHP Therapist for our Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Toledo, OH. This is a weekday-only, salaried position working in a structured, collaborative clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead group therapy sessions for adolescents
- Provide individual therapy as clinically indicated
- Conduct clinical assessments and treatment planning
- Participate in and facilitate family sessions and coordination
- Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members
Qualifications
- Active Ohio license required:
- LSW / LISW
- LPC / LPCC
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working with adolescents required
- PHP / IOP / inpatient experience preferred
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
