Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives and client outreach
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop service proposals and project quotes
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Respond to client inquiries, including RFPs and RFQs, with accurate and timely information
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and industry trends
- Other related duties as needed Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial services, preferably in cleaning or environmental sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required with strong experience)
- Proven track record in business development and sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing top-tier service
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning services, safety protocols, and compliance standards is a strong plus
