We are seeking a temporary Medical Customer Service Representative to assist a busy specialty clinic. This role is responsible for delivering high quality customer service, scheduling appointments and ensuring accurate communication with various departments.
Wage: $19 - $21/hour
Schedule: M-F (8am-5pm)

Duties Include
- Answer incoming calls, emails and messages from patients and healthcare providers
- Schedule, confirm and reschedule appointments
- Verify patient information
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in medical or healthcare setting
- Previous EMR experience
- Strong communication skills
- Scheduling experience
Salary : $19 - $21
