Responsibilities Include
- Collaborating with physicians to develop and implement treatment plans
- Assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders
- Performing diagnostic tests and administering therapies such as aerosol medications and chest physiotherapy
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress
- Educating patients and families on medication use and equipment
- Operating and troubleshooting respiratory care equipment
- Working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
- Minimum one year of recent experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Active RRT credential from NBRC
- Valid state license and current BLS certification
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to handle equipment and assist in procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
