- Conducting patient screenings and evaluations, developing care plans in compliance with standards.
- Delivering rehabilitative and medically necessary treatment interventions, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care.
- Administering procedures and supporting patients with assistive devices.
- Providing consultation and education to patients, families, and care teams.
- Preparing comprehensive discharge summaries, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Valid Physical Therapist license required.
- Open to all experience levels, including new graduates.
- Passion for patient care, dedication, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
