- Perform patient assessments, measure vital signs, collect history, and document observations.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitor for adverse reactions.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records of patient interventions and outcomes.
- Communicate patient status and changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with daily activities like bathing, grooming, and mobility.
- Ensure patient safety, preventing falls and injuries.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Over six months of relevant experience or equivalent.
- RI licensure required.
