Role: Travel Respiratory Therapist
Responsibilities: Provide advanced respiratory care, assess and treat patients with pulmonary disorders, perform diagnostic tests, operate and monitor equipment, collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and families, and document patient progress.
Qualifications: One year of recent RRT experience, NBRC credential, valid respiratory therapy license, and current BLS certification. Preferred certifications include ACLS or PALS.
Skills: Critical thinking, interpersonal communication, technical motor skills, physical ability to handle equipment, strong visual acuity, and the capacity to work under pressure and adapt to irregular schedules.
Key Duties: Develop treatment plans with physicians, examine patients, perform diagnostics, administer therapies, monitor equipment, record patient data, and ensure proper patient education.
