Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Perform floor care such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface maintenance.
- Wash walls, windows, and other surfaces to ensure cleanliness.
- Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and report shortages.
- Handle waste and biohazardous materials safely and dispose of them properly.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, reporting malfunctions.
- Assist with minor repairs and report larger facility issues.
- Maintain consistent attendance and comply with policies.
- 1-2 years of cleaning or environmental service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and infection control standards.
- Effective operation of cleaning tools and safety practices.
- Attention to detail, time management, and strong communication skills.
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift objects.
