- Deliver personalized, evidence-based nursing care from assessment to evaluation.
- Build meaningful patient and family relationships, respecting their values and care goals.
- Promote teamwork, contribute to performance improvement, and participate in research and shared governance.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, mentoring, and competency assessments.
- Apply evidence-based practices, participate in care decisions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate care across the patient journey, optimizing resource use and minimizing readmissions.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Current RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications.
- 2 years recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.
