Responsibilities: Deliver personalized, evidence-based nursing care from assessment to evaluation; build meaningful patient and family connections; foster teamwork and contribute to performance improvement; mentor fellow nurses; apply evidence-based practices; participate in research and safety initiatives; plan proactive care across the patient journey; and optimize resource use.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; RN license (single or multi-state); BLS and ACLS certifications; 2 years recent Med Surg experience; proficiency with data entry and familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.
