- Providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents, families, and friends.
- Teaching residents and families about health conditions, medications, and self-care.
- Monitoring and evaluating resident progress; adjusting care as needed.
- Maintaining a safe environment by following infection control and medication protocols.
- Ensuring proper operation and maintenance of care equipment and supplies.
- Coordinating admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Supervising nursing assistants and staff workflow.
- Active RN license in the practice state.
- Visual and communication skills sufficient to perform job duties.
- Preferred 1-3 years of clinical or long-term care experience.
