- Assessing residents through medical histories and examinations
- Documenting physical and psychological conditions
- Developing and modifying nursing care plans based on changing needs
- Ensuring safe, infection-controlled environments and proper medication management
- Maintaining equipment and supplies, coordinating admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Supervising nursing assistants and other staff workflows
- Upholding standards of safety, compliance, and confidentiality
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practice state
- Effective communication and visual acuity
- Preferred 1-3 years of clinical or long-term care experience
