Qualifications: Must have a nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), hold an active RN license, and obtain required certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS). Additional certifications like ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, and unit-specific credentials may be required based on the unit.
Skills & Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
