Qualifications
- Graduation from a nursing school with an Associate's, Diploma, or BSN.
- Current RN license for the state or compact licensure, meeting all state requirements.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., or C-EFM may be required based on the unit or role.
