Key Responsibilities: Conduct safety checks, document clinical information accurately, assist with activities of daily living, monitor behavioral and treatment responses, and promote patient independence. Engage with patients through activities and therapeutic sessions, respond to distressed patients using de-escalation techniques, and support multidisciplinary care.
Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience with the target population preferred. Certifications in CPR, de-escalation, and restraint necessary; first aid may be required.
Additional Duties: Assist with admissions/discharges, transport patients as needed, and perform other tasks as assigned. Emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, adherence to schedules, and overall professionalism.
