What you'll do:
- Build and own the Business Intelligence framework for the Division FP&A team, including dashboard development and reporting enhancements.
- Translate financial reporting needs into scalable BI tools and improve adoption of existing analytics platforms.
- Partner with Corporate BI and cross-functional teams to align data, reporting, and decision-making.
- Identify key performance metrics and build underlying calculations to support business insights.
- Analyze complex retail and operational data, reconcile discrepancies, and improve data integrity.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for retail assets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields, with exposure to business intelligence tools.
- Strong finance foundation with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, with ability to build dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets.

- High visibility: Work directly with senior finance leadership and cross-functional teams supporting a premier retail portfolio.
