Who you are:

• 2-4 years of experience in IT Change Management in an Agile environment
• Experience with stakeholder management and change impacts
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
• Bachelors Degree in Organizational Development, Business Management, IT, or related field
  
  
  

What you'll do:

• Drive Organize Change with regards to IT projects
• Implement Change Management strategy and support initiatives
• Supporting change management and talent management, building presentations and presenting to stakeholders
  
  
  

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $45.00 to $60.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

Location: Downtown Houston, TX in office 4x week
