Who you are:
- 7 years of experience in data, BI, or integration engineering/architecture roles with strong hands-on development skills
- Deep experience with Dynamics 365 and reporting/integration patterns supporting ERP environments
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and the Power Platform (Power Automate)
- Experience building integrations using Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate, with excellent communication skills for internal stakeholders
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Serve as the technical lead for BI and integration developers, owning reporting, data pipelines, and system integrations
- Design, build, and support Microsoft Fabric solutions including data pipelines, lakehouse/warehouse models, and dashboards
- Lead Power BI reporting efforts and support ERP migration from a legacy system to Dynamics 365, partnering closely with an external vendor
- Establish data governance, integration standards, and best practices across the Microsoft ecosystem
- Stable, self-funded organization with $2B in annual revenue
- Onsite collaboration with a flexible hybrid schedule and WFH Friday schedule
