Who you are:
- BS or MS in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biotechnology, or a related field
- 2-5 years of hands-on academic or industry experience in clinical, analytical, or assay development labs
- Experience handling clinical samples (blood, urine) and following GLP; CLIA/CAP or GMP exposure is a plus
- Prior coding is a plus, not required ie python and / or R.
- Valid passport and ability to travel to Canada for required training in April.
- Execute analytical and clinical experiments supporting assay development, optimization, and verification
- Prepare, process, and analyze up to 40–50 clinical blood samples per day across multiple instruments and prototypes
- Troubleshoot assay and instrumentation issues, document results, and communicate findings to project teams
- Contribute to the development of a new diagnostic platform with real patient impact
- Gain exposure to the full assay lifecycle, from development through clinical evaluation
- Work onsite with collaborative laboratory technicians, laboratory director and engineers in a weekday schedule (Mon–Fri, :8am–4pm)
- Receive hands-on training in Canada and deepen your technical skill set
