Job Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate BIM models for mechanical systems.
- Create, review, and revise construction drawings and design documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Ensure designs comply with specifications, schedules, and project standards.
- Support coordination of MEP systems within BIM environments.
- Identify and resolve design conflicts through model coordination.
- Optimize construction workflows through accurate modeling and documentation.
- Maintain design accuracy and ensure quality control throughout project stages.
- Experience in mechanical piping design and detailing.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and documentation.
- Knowledge of structural concepts related to MEP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively.
- Experience with Revit add-ins or customization is a plus.
