- Design and develop tooling, molds, and dies based on engineering and production requirements
- Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software
- Review and optimize designs to ensure manufacturability, quality, and efficiency
- Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and cross-functional teams to improve production processes
- Ensure all designs meet safety standards and precision requirements
- Troubleshoot design-related issues and provide effective solutions
- Continuously improve design methodologies and contribute to innovation initiatives
- Proficiency in tooling design and design engineering
- Experience with mold design and knowledge of injection molding processes
- Strong working knowledge of CAD software and engineering tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Tool Design, or a related field preferred
- Experience in steel products manufacturing or similar industry is a plus
