RN Home Health - 13-Week Contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
Duration: 13 weeks (extension possible)
On-Call: Required if requested; subject to staffing and branch needs
Service Area: Branch covers Randolph, Guilford, Rockingham, and Alamance Counties
Primary Coverage: Randolph and Guilford Counties
Productivity Requirement: 30 units
Required Qualifications

Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) state license
- Minimum 1-2 years RN experience in a clinical care setting
- Minimum 2 years Home Health experience
- Proficiency with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) - Required
- OASIS documentation experience - Required
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Disease and medication management
- Wound care and wound vac management
- PICC line care
- Lab draws
- Urinary catheter changes and maintenance
- Ability to manage a home health caseload independently
- CHPN certification
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma - Required
- BSN - Preferred
