The Project Civil Engineer is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects including sitework, utilities, and roadway systems. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards. The position involves project lifecycle management, design review, field supervision, and coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Job Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Review and audit engineering plans using AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
• Prepare cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and project reports.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Supervise field construction activities and inspect work for quality and accuracy.
• Identify and resolve technical and field-related issues.
• Develop and maintain site plans, permits, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
