Production Supervisor

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations for the assigned shift

• Assign machines and tasks to Packers and Cell Leaders

• Ensure production runs according to schedule and communicate any material or process changes

• Make necessary machine and equipment adjustments to maintain production efficiency and quality

• Enforce safety and quality standards across the department

• Perform minor equipment repairs and coordinate with maintenance and tooling teams for major issues

• Maintain accurate shift documentation, logs, and production reports

• Monitor employee attendance and manage time-off requests

• Address performance concerns and collaborate with HR when required

• Coordinate with other departments for production planning and staffing

• Ensure adherence to quality standards across all activities

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Certifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Minimum 4 years of manufacturing experience

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Mechanical aptitude with ability to read schematics

• Experience with production machinery and injection molding processes

• Understanding of molds and basic processing techniques

• Basic computer skills including word processing, email tools, and familiarity with ERP systems

• Effective communication skills in English

• Ability to work independently and within a team
