Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations (DSM-5 criteria)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
- Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to client needs
- Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization when required
- Manage a caseload of up to 30 clients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team for coordinated treatment
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records
- Participate in care coordination, case management, and patient education
- Support clients in achieving emotional, behavioral, and functional goals
- Master's degree in one of the following fields:
- Marriage and Family Therapy
- Counseling / Clinical Mental Health Counseling
- Psychology
- Social Work (only if aligned with licensure requirements)
- Active California licensure at time of hire:
- LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) OR
- LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
- Strong knowledge of Psychotherapy techniques, Crisis intervention and behavioral management, DSM-5 diagnostic criteria
- Experience in PHP, IOP, outpatient, or clinical settings
- Experience with treatment planning and whole-person care models
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience is required
