Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients
- Conduct outpatient visits and manage ongoing patient care
- Maintain regular communication with patients (in-person, phone, or electronic communication)
- Coordinate care and refer patients to specialists when appropriate
- Ensure continuity of care and build long-term patient relationships
- MD or DO degree
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts
- Ability to work in an outpatient-only setting
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Strong clinical knowledge in primary care
